We are heartbroken to share with you that our dear friend, Alan Nicholson, passed away unexpectedly in October 2021. Our team is obviously surprised and deeply saddened by this news. Understandably, Alan’s family is reeling from grief right now, and we want to respect their privacy during this time. We also do not have details about a service at this time, but we will share as we learn more.
What we can say is that Alan was one of the kindest, most trustworthy Georgians we knew. He cared about people and loved helping his clients get their lives back. If you knew him, you’ll always remember his sense of humor, his charming accent, and his unwavering warmth. He was the quintessential southern gentleman.
We are honored to continue to carry on Alan’s life’s work — to serve people whose lives have been disrupted by a personal injury. We assure you there will be no disruption to our clients’ cases. If you recently met with Alan about a legal matter, we are available to assist you moving forward. Like Alan, we believe the attorney-client relationship is most successful when it’s built on a foundation of genuine human connection. While we cannot replace Alan, we will strive to continue his legacy of personal service and proven results.
We’re really good lawyers but we’re also really good folks. We genuinely care. Folks appreciate that their case feels like the only case in the office. It is their only case, and we never lose sight of that.
