Alan has proudly lived in Georgia most of his life. His family has lived in south Georgia for many years, and while he spent much of his career in metro Atlanta, he is excited that the firm is opening a Thomasville office. While still having a thriving office in Kennesaw, the second location will allow him to serve his hometown as well. In both locations, he loves integrating into the community, getting to know young families and other neighbors that might need some legal support.
Dedicated to helping others
Alan’s previous experience as a defense attorney has given him a unique perspective and understanding as a lawyer who now represents injured plaintiffs. Alan has decades of experience representing all types of personal injury cases including medical malpractice, car wrecks, defective products, and workers compensation. He has dedicated his career to helping those whose lives have been changed by a serious injury in an accident, at work, by a defective product, or because of medical malpractice.

Drawn to all things water
When he’s not working on a case, Alan gravitates to the water—on, under, or in it, he’ll take some time with the water whenever he can. A SCUBA diver since age 15, Alan enjoys freshwater diving in springs. He’ll also enjoy the water from a boat or paddle board as well. He has three grown children.
Recognized for his work
Alan has been recognized for his work by peers, clients and professional associations, including being named one of Georgia’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association for several years and receiving the Martindale-Hubbell® Client Distinction Award.
We’re really good lawyers but we’re also really good folks. We genuinely care. Folks appreciate that their case feels like the only case in the office. It is their only case, and we never lose sight of that.
