Ted Silverbach

Attorney

Ted Silverbach

Ted grew up in Sacramento, California, but came to the south to get an SEC college experience. After graduating from Ole Miss, Ted moved to the Atlanta area and started a few businesses of his own. Though he gained plenty of real world business experience through his entrepreneurship, Ted’s strong sense of justice inspired him to go to law school.

Focused on doing what feels right

Ted wanted to aid people who needed help. While at John Marshall Law School, he interned at a firm that gave him experience in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury, domestic relations and criminal defense. He learned that knowing when to fight and when to keep your powder dry in cases can be the greatest help to clients.

In the decade plus he’s been practicing law, Ted has successfully litigated many cases at the trial court level, before the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is experienced in Georgia civil procedure, Georgia laws of evidence and trial advocacy. He still aims to seek justice for those in need, and prides himself on always doing what is right for his clients to get them a fair result for their case.

A love for mind-sharpening hobbies

Outside of work, Ted loves spending time with his wife and three kids. He enjoys playing the guitar and cheering for Ole Miss football. Ted has also been practicing Brazilian Jui Jitsu for the past six years.

I want to go to bat for people who need help.
